Our House Band
Great songwriters have always relied on experienced producers and amazing studio musicians. Over many years of producing albums at Landslide Studio, we have had the pleasure and honor of working with some of Asheville’s most talented musicians and session players. Three of these talented players are now our house band, The Landsliders.
The Landsliders have developed an incredible chemistry through the years while working along side Landslide Studio owner and producer, Andrew Schatzberg, a multifaceted musician in his own right. This chemistry translates into wonderful performances and extremely efficient recording sessions. Jeff Sipe, Mike Barnes, and Zack page have impressive resumes, but it’s their humble, generous, and supportive nature to help songwriters realize their music and dreams that truly makes them special.
Asheville’s Landslide Studio and The Landsliders have been collaborating with songwriters for years, helping musicians hone their sound and fulfill their potential. These creative and friendly collaborators can produce and perform any genre, and they can help you create an original recording you’ll be proud of.
We can help you transform something as simple as a melody in your head or a vocal accompanied by acoustic guitar or piano, into a full production with drums, bass, guitar, piano, and many other instruments. Consider reaching out to us. There’s 150 years of combined musical experience waiting to help you produce your music.
Landslide Studio is now offering recording packages to simplify the pricing process in the hope of making the studio and its trusted musicians more accessible than ever.
Be sure to visit our WORK page to hear some samples of the band with previous clients. You will see “the Landsliders” included next to the artist’s name if they performed on a song.
